Pure Country RV Park Rules

Reservations/Check-in/Cancellations:

  • Full payment is due upon booking; $30 for insufficient funds

 

  • Check-in: 1:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

 

  • Cancellation must be made 5 days prior to the arrival date to receive refund of the amount paid.

 

  • An additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged until bill is paid in full. If bills become 30 days past due power will be suspended and eviction will be required. 

 

  • All campers must be approved by management. The condition of the RV in considered not based solely on the age of the RV. We have the right to reject any person/camper without reason. Proof of liability insurance is required to be maintained on all RV’s residing in the RV Park. 

 

  • No more than two vehicles are permitted at each site. Additional vehicles will need to park in other designated parking area and subject to a fee. Vehicles must not be in disrepair.  All vehicles must be parked off of the grass at all times. 

General Rules:

  • Owners & management suggest tenant to provide their own 30/50-amp surge protector to protect their trailer. If the tenant chooses not to purchase, the tenant releases Pure Country RV Park and representatives from all liability for any damages.

  • RV’s may utilize either 30 amp/50 amp…NOT BOTH 

  • Under no circumstance shall guest alter any utilities. 

  • All guest utilities connections used to connect to the park outlet should be in good working condition.  No holes, leaks, or exposed wires to water, electric, or septic. If management see a concern, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to correct or management will correct the problem at campers’ expense

  • No open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted but must be extinguished immediately upon completion of use.

  • BBQ pits and firepits should not be used to burn trash or other materials

  •   Fireworks are prohibited.

  • All buildings on premises are non-smoking 

  • DO NOT flush anything in toilets other than toilet paper

  • The use of park water to wash vehicles, ATVs, or watercraft is prohibited 

  • Please clean up after yourself. The common space is for all of our guest to enjoy. 

  • Excessive noise/nuisances created by guest/visitors will not be tolerated. There should be no generators or excessive noises that can be heard from a distance of at least 20 feet. No loud parties or loitering is allowed. Loud and offensive behavior will not be tolerated and guest may be evicted.

  •  Quiet hours will be enforced. Sunday-Thursday 9:00 pm – 7:00 am. Friday- Saturday 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

Site Appearance:

  • No tarps on roof. No foil or plywood on windows

  • Do NOT litter. Dispose of garbage in the dumpsters. Do NOT throw personal garbage in restrooms, laundry, or other building trashcans

  • Do NOT leave cigarette butts lying around the park.

  • NO large steps or porches of any size unless approved by the management

  • NO digging or erecting poles without approval by the management.

  • Texas Law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or rubber donut.

  • Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside.

  • Larger outdoor items including but not limited to: kayaks, paddleboards, boating equipment, must be organized and neatly stored under the RV to conceal these stored items and maintain the site aesthetic.

  • Yards will be mowed bi weekly pending weather. All items must be off grass area on mow day or tenant may be charged an additional fee. Pure Country RV Park is not responsible for any damaged items left in grass area.

  • Please close awnings, canopies, and umbrellas when RV is unattended in case of potentially strong winds. 

Pets:

  • There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per site unless approved by management. 

  • Pets must be kept under the control of their owners and NOT allowed to be unleashed (unless in the designated dog area) or not to be roaming the premises.  

  • All animals must be current on vaccinations and copies of vaccines will need to be provided upon request.  

  • All pet feces must be picked up and disposed in personal trash or in dumpster

  • No aggressive animals will be tolerated

  • No pets allowed in Pure Country facilities with the exception of service animals

Safety and Security

  • The speed limit of any motorized vehicle is not to exceed 10 MPH.

  • Pure Country RV Park is not responsible for theft or any other accidents of any kind. 

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The safety of all people at the park is a priority 

  • ABSOLUTELY no drugs allowed on property. Use of illegal drugs/activities will result in notification of the law enforcement and person(s) will be evicted immediately.

  • No open carry weapons or guns. Any weapons shall be kept in compliance with all other applicable state and federal laws.

*ANY VIOLATIONS TO ANY OF THE RULES CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION *

Pure Country RV Park reserves the right to charge guests accordingly for any damages they cause to the grounds and/or facilities, including but not limited to broken water lines, damaged sewer, and damaged cable/internet lines.


 

Pure Country RV Park reserves the right to alter or modify any of the rules and regulations in the best interest of all participants with fairness.

Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.

Additionally, management reserves all rights to terminate guests’ stay for any reason.
